Women in toxic relationships struggle to find the ability to escape the chaos happening at home. That was Lisa a few years ago. After 25 years of marriage to someone who was a narcissist and abusive, she finally got the courage and strength to unlock the door to her freedom with her four children and escape the pain and heartache suffocating her.  

Lisa believes God has a plan and purpose for each life. He never meant for anyone to stay locked away, unable to fulfill their purpose. Because Lisa has already taken this journey to freedom, she helps women step out in faith, rediscover who they are, and get back on God's path for them.  

For over six years, she has helped countless women who needed to escape a toxic marriage, redeem their marriage, overcome addiction and abuse, and navigate single parenting.   Lisa has led many 12-week freedom groups and a single mom's group at her church. Lisa helps each lady overcome shame, guilt, rejection, and abandonment on their unique journey. To disentangle the lies they have believed for far too long. She also helps them stand tall again, regain financial stability, restore broken relationships, and let go of the past so they can walk in freedom. Finally, Lisa helps them release the invisible backpack full of bondage weighing them down so they can discover a life of freedom full of joy, peace, and love.  

Lisa has a bachelor's degree in social psychology from the University of Alabama at Birmingham, Mental health coaching certification from Light University, a Life coach from Kingdom Builders Academy, and a Graduate of Real Estate Institute from Van Education Center. She is also a real estate agent and broker associate with World Impact Real Estate.  

Lisa enjoys hanging out with her family, friends, and of course, her fur babies. Lisa is a mother to 4 adult children. Two of her children are married, and she has one grandson with a granddaughter on the way.    Every morning Lisa enjoys spending time in the word and worshiping her Lord and Savior. She says there is no better way to start the day than inviting the Lord through prayer, reading His word, and honoring who He is in your life.
